We can arrange to uplift your documents for scanning from anywhere in the UK and transport them to our offices.  We will scan your documents and then deliver the data in a digitised format to your chosen location.

We can provide for the secure destruction of your original documentation once you have received, reviewed and are satisfied with your scanned data.

Alternatively we can arrange for the off site storage of your original documentation.

Of course if you want to have your documents returned to you we will arrange the return transport.

On receipt of the documents from you we will prepare them for scanning by removing any object that may inhibit the process. This includes staples, paper clips and other filing materials.

We can also scan documents up to A3 size, so those building or project plans which are particularly difficult to file under traditional methods do not present a problem.
