Types of Files
We are able to scan your documents into a number of file formats including PDF, JPEG
and TIF. Some clients want their data scanned into permanent formats that cannot
be amended at a later date -
For example we have found amendable formats to be of particular use to those in the education sector, allowing lecture notes to be scanned and digitised for easy access by students without losing the ability to make amendments afterwards as the content is updated.
Scanning A3 Drawing Files
We can scan A3 documents which enables us to digitise drawings produced before the era of Computer Aided Design. Often these large format documents which are difficult to store can take up significant shelf space which could be transformed back into a useful office area.
The Destruction of Your Documents
